These handmade pasta combs are made from restored 100 year-old textile combs, in the iconic countryside of Modena, Italy.
Each piece is unique and expertly handcrafted in the workshop of Marco Galavotti.
Rarely seen outside of Italy, pasta combs were originally used to make garganelli or maccheroni, but can be used to shape gnocchi. This artisanal comb comes with 3 different wooden pins to create different sizes.
Not only a beautiful pasta tool, but a unique piece of Italian history.
Please note: each comb is handmade and it might vary slightly in size, colour and finish.
