My Favourite Charcuterie Ever: Prosciutto Crudo


If I have to rank my favourite “affettati” (that’s how also we call charcuterie in Italian) prosciutto crudo probably would be my number one.

You can find different manufacturers, different ageing, but the one that I always go for is "San Daniele".


One thing you want to make sure is to make sure it’s thinly sliced and it will melt in your mouth.


If you are looking for a tasty and quick way to start your meal, prosciutto for me is the go-to.


You can pair it with many ingredients to create beautiful dishes or enjoy it with just a nice crusty slice of bread.


Top it with a few of these pickled peperoni veneti and you will have a beautiful, quick and easy antipasto.
