A simple salad dressing with a nutty flavour from the hemp seed oil.
Perfect over a rocket and Parmigiano salad.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 1/2 tbsp seeded mustard
1/4 cup hemp seed oil
Salt
Black pepper, ground
METHOD
In a bowl add the lemon juice, zest and seeded mustard. With a whisk, stir to combine.
While whisking, pour oil a little at a time into the mixture until it's all incorporated.
Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
