Farfalle or also called "bowtie pasta" are fun to make and they can be paired with many pasta sauces.
Use a ravioli wheel to cut one pasta sheet crossways into 4 cm wide strips.
With a sharp knife cut the strips crossway, at 4 cm intervals, to make 4 cm squares.
Use your fingertips to pinch the straight edges of the square together to form bows.
Place on a floured tray, set aside and repeat with the remaining pasta sheets.
