Just before Xmas, I had a fun time cooking live on Instagram with Tania from the little Italian school. We made amaretti biscuits in no time.

INGREDIENTS:
300 g almond meal
250 g caster sugar
2 egg whites
finely grated zest of 1 lemon
icing sugar, for dusting
