Davide’s pasta making course was extremely fun and we learnt so much! With my limited pasta knowledge, Davide guided us throughout the entire process in a fun and simple way. We made different pasta shapes as well as a range of delicious sauces to match the pasta. Davide is very knowledgeable and patient as he answered many questions I had.
